Hold the token, feel the weight of what you intend to bring back into your field: presence, steadiness, creative courage. Speak a sentence to claim it — for example, “I reclaim steady courage for my work and my rest.” Leave the bowl on your altar for three nights. Each evening, light a candle and say the sentence again. On the third morning, bury the paper in earth or let it blow away in a mindful place; keep the token somewhere you’ll touch it often. This small rite is a compact of sovereignty: letting go with intention and inviting in what serves your path.
